1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must include original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-6 days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 5 Days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

We will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items
